Covenant HealthCare Partners (CHP) includes extraordinary physicians from the Great Lakes Bay and Thumb regions who strive to create a culture of wellness. Our mission is to support our team of doctors and our hospital partners by providing the tools to deliver high quality, affordable health care for our communities.
Covenant HealthCare Partners was established as a physician hospital organization owned by Covenant Medical Center and Primary Care Partners. With the support of over 90 primary care physicians and 300 specialists in the community, we are able to provide valuable benefits to both physicians and patients.
